Our items are made to order. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please note that slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. These do not reflect the overall quality or usability of the product.

Damaged or Incorrect Order

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at essentialjoi27@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
